I think that vital leadership skills are extremely important. I mean, what could be more important than being able to lead others to achieve tasks in their working and personal lives. What could mean more than getting promoted, and increasing your options and income, which will allow your family to live in a better environment, with more life choices. These are the benefits that leadership skills can bring, and this is what we need to focus on when we approach personal development.

Which Leadership Style Is Most Appropriate In The Modern Age?

The continuing question people keep on asking me - is 'Which Leadership Style should I choose?'! And that's a very tricky and very valid question, so I'm not surprised that it's thrown at me so often!

The answer is that your optimal leadership styles can actually be different depending on what sort of person you are. It's actuallty the case, that a 'nice', 'thoughtful' and considerate leadership style that keeps employees happy may not actually be the best given the industry someone is in. Think about it!
